Class of Travel
Qatar Airways provides three classes of travel:

First Class - The spacious First Class is designed to deliver comfort and privacy by keeping its passengers well-rested and refreshed throughout the journey. Travellers will be provided with ample stowage options and an ultra-comfortable, fully lie-flat bed. From signature dishes to amenity kits and designer loungewear, the first-class offers a myriad of exclusive offerings.
Business Class - Qatar Airways' business class "Qsuite" combines luxury, spaciousness and elegance with passenger-focused care. The roomy cabin allows you to relax or work in comfort and privacy, with reclining seats and direct aisle access. The media panel also comes with an all-access power port, with USB, HDMI and NFC capabilities. An on-demand à la carte menu lets passengers enjoy mouth-watering dishes whenever they like.
Economy Class - Prioritising comfort, convenience and space, the economy class has wide seats with individual TV screens, which are equipped with over 4,000 entertainment options. Economy guests also have access to Wi-Fi and onboard dining options while flying.

Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 25kgs to 35kgs for checked-in luggage and hand baggage of 7kgs. Baggage allowance for business class passengers is upto 45kgs for checked-in luggage and 15kgs for hand baggage. First-class passengers can carry upto 50kgs as checked-in luggage and 15kgs as hand baggage.

Baggage allowance differs according to the fare type and cabin class passengers choose while booking the tickets.

Frequent Flyer Program
Privilege Club is Qatar Airways' award-winning flyer program which allows passengers to earn Qmiles and enjoy a range of benefits by flight tickets, cabin upgrades, excess baggage and much more. Privilege Club offers four membership tiers – Burgundy, Silver, Gold and Platinum – each with its own exclusive benefits.

In-flight Services
Oryx One is Qatar Airways' premium in-flight entertainment system which allows the continuous streaming of movies, shows and documentaries. The cabins also have onboard connectivity for GSM phones and wi-fi, making switching between travel and work hassle-free.

Qatar Airways also brings a wide range of expertly made cuisine for customers on board. Beverages are complimented with the food ordered onboard. Guests can pre-book their meal with any special dietary recommendation while booking or contact their local Qatar Airways office at least 24 hours before departure to request their preferred meal.

Online check-in for flights from the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure, and check-in for flights to the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure from Doha.

For all other flights, online check-in is available 48 hours to 90 minutes before flight departure.

Qatar Airways aircraft have a range of mobility-friendly facilities on board, such as seats with movable armrests and handrails in lavatories. Qatar Airways provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs are available for use at all airport locations. They can be requested up to 48 hours prior to departure, either online through 'Manage booking' or through any of Qatar Airways' reservation offices.

Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can get the unused value of the ticket refunded through the original form of payment, with no penalties or refund fees. Passengers can cancel and request a refund for their booking either through Qatar Airways contact offices or the website by retrieving your booking and applying for a refund.
